Leadership

In leadership, the church board of Covenant Elders is committed to developing and empowering leaders within our community who are grounded in their faith, knowledgeable in the Word of God, and capable of helping the board of Covenant Elders in guiding the church in its mission of pursuing Jesus. Our church recognizes the importance of strong leadership in creating a healthy and thriving community. It works to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and empowering culture for a group of people to lead a group of people.

Worship

In worship, the church is committed to providing meaningful and engaging worship experiences that help our members deepen their relationship with God. The church recognizes the importance of both traditional and contemporary forms of worship, and it seeks to create worship experiences that are accessible, inspiring, and life-giving.

Discipleship

In the area of discipleship, Overcomers City Church is committed to helping its members grow in their faith and understanding of the Word of God. The church provides teaching, mentoring, and coaching opportunities to help its members grow in their knowledge and application of the Bible. Our church recognizes the importance of ongoing discipleship. It seeks to provide resources and support that enable our members to grow in their faith in the Bible over the long term.

Fellowship

In fellowship, the church is committed to promoting community among its members. Our church provides opportunities for people to connect through small groups, service projects, and social events. Overcomers City Church recognizes the importance of community and seeks to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can build meaningful relationships with one another.

Stewardship

1. In stewardship, the church is committed to stewarding its finance and holding high accountability for where funds are distributed throughout the year, teaching our members the importance of managing their resources wisely and encouraging them to give generously of their time, talent, and treasure in service to others. The Overcomers City Church recognizes that stewardship is not just about money is about managing all of the resources that God has given us in a way that honors Him and serves His purposes
